So, same thing applies in most
countries where the Judges just demonstrate the status of counsels/party and cannot
balance the pendulum of justice. This is what I have experienced from my 24
years’ service. I know that many people/readers do not agree with me, and it’s
the right of everyone to apply their mind rather than adope my way of thinking, I am
not forcing others to go on with my point of view and that's the common-sense prevailing demand.
Anyway, let’s come back on track. In
Pakistan a couple of decades ago the salary of a Supreme Court, High Court, District Court, Senior Civil Court Justices/Judges were 12 to 80 thousand approximately. On
the other hand, an advocates/lawyers could have save more than 3,4 times better than a
judge. So, during said above period, the respect of a Judge/Justice was
touching the sky level, therefore, individuals who had financially sound
position was applying for the post of Judges to gain respect rather than money. Therefore, no one could dare to estimate financially or approach-wise or any-mean to a
Judge for influence. During that time the standard of Judgments/decisions were
served with best quality and appreciated by everyone mostly and there was no
compromise about the merit of decision by the Judge.
What happened next, the master minds
against the country (like Pentagon in US) started the conspiracy theory to
grab the control of supreme civil posts of every institution of the country,
which was not possible a couple of decades ago due to financially strong/straightforward position of Judges, therefore, they had to use the support of
Martial-law to take over the country. But it was getting more difficult to
justify their action of takeover through Martial-law with the passage of time. Thereafter they decided to use the judicial department, so they launched the plan (B). According to
plan (B) the salary of Judges was heavily increased. Through which they were achieving their target to use them like puppets. What was the
desired-logic behind heavy-increase of salaries for Judges/Justices? The logic behind this was to turn down the respect of Judges/Justices; therefore,
this respectable and honorable profession was charmed by the wealth, to bring greedy individuals to get rid of non-compromised Judges. So, they
put halter to them by increasing their salaries to misuse them for their illegal desired goals.
Hence, their plan (B) was start-working and
greedy-individuals were coming to this noble profession. Now, the standard of
decisions has been getting down gradually, similarly the respect of
Judges/Justices due to abnormal decisions automatically turning down as well. Because, if priority of a judge is to just defend/protect his job for huge salary rather than honor/respect through fair-decision so there is no logic to honor and respect element. Now this profession has
no more respect/honor now a days obviously, therefore, no more respectable/honorable people/indivisuals applying to this
profession unfortunately.
Let me conclude this topic that Judges/Justices are preforming their duties like a clerk, there is no value of their decisions, contempt of court, they cannot execute even their own decrees/judgments. Every day its common to listen that a judge is beaten and humiliated/insulted by the lawyers due to their tilting decisions towards powerful side. In past a Judges never compromise on fair judgments according to their mental approach and do not care about their job or transfer/posting and they keep their jobs on the toe of shoe being a sound financial inherited status/position, but now they keep fair judgments on their toe of shoe and being used as chessman unfortunately.
