This real story has been started since 6 months ago during a court proceeding, which, is still onward but the thrilling and emotional part is coming soon after the evidence proceeding. Lets visit the story.
This is the story of tow families, (Female) and (Male) have got married around about 6/7 years ago, which was arranged by their parents. During 1st year of marriage it was looking difficult for couple to survive their marriage agreement, so unfortunately both the parties separated their ways with the help of divorce but there was an issue of (male) child, who has been born a few months ago before the divorce incident. Both parties were forcefully willing to keep the child but the problem is who would have the child? So the father of the child agreed to give the child to mother with the condition that mother of child will not marry in future, so the agreement was signed and take placed between the respectable elder/people of the community.
a year later, the mother violated the agreement and she got married with his ex-lover, therefore, the respectable elder of the community forced the mother-side to returned back the child to his father due to violation of agreement. so, the mother of child had to obey the order of elders of community. Now the take care of the child is the responsibility of grand mother and she was willing to had this responsibility. The child was considering his grand mother like a real mother with the passage of time, so all of you understood the standard of care which was duly served by the grand mother of child.
There is another twist occurred, when the mother of child came back with the plan (B) and submitted an application/complaint before the District Judge against his ex-husband to get-back the child with the help of court and charged the father of child for kidnaping of child. So by the order of Court the child was recovered from father house. Now the mother and the grand mother of child were in side of Court of District Judge. Mother of the child was directed to stay/stand on left side of witness box, while, grand mother of the child was on right side of witness box.
Now the breath taking time is started, (I do not know how do you feel now but I am imagining the whole images by writhing this story) so, the judge called the child, who was brought by the court official (now the child was around about 3 y/o) and was placed on his feet exact between both the parties with the gap of 10 feet to each side. The child was crying so the judge came down to child to entertain him so the child was become quite. Now the Judge asked the child very politely, whom do you want to live? Child was willing to go with her mother. so the Honorable Judge let the child go to his mother, but he ran to his grand mother. Suddenly everyone was shocked and tears were in everyone eye.
Then the Judge asked the child why did you choose the grand mother rather than your mother as you said earlier? The child innocently told the Judge I don't now my grand mother I know this women (pointing to his grand mother) and she is my mother. Thereafter, the Judge asked the child (pointing to child's mother) who is she? so again the child innocently said I don't know her but is (pointing to his mother) she grand mother? and said I don't like grand mother. so loud of lough occurred in side of court room by all of us. so the Judge ordered that the child will go according to his wish with his grand mother, on other hand child's mother was embarrassingly and leave the court with tears.
The story is not finished yet. The Mother of child has 3 female children from her present husband and now she was desperate to have a male child but she was unable to have child from his present husband in future due to some medical reasons. So, the mother of the child again returned back after a year later to court to get her ex-husband-child, with the fresh grounds. Now the age of the child was 4/5 years old, but unfortunately the father of the child has been died due to a car accident. Now the child has got an orphan-child status. so the mother of child came back to court to get his child being orphan-one. This time she knocked the door of Family-Court for her rights. Again the same situation but this time she requested the court for meeting with her child. Again, child was called for meeting to his mother. Unbelievable emotional seen are gonna come, the orphan-child do not want to leave her grand-mother but her mother was crying to meet with her child. After a big war between the child and mother, both are hugged with each other with tears everywhere. This time she has a right to visit/meet her child and there is no restriction in the eye of law for child to meet his mother, and same right enjoys the mother as well.
Now the case is in evidence proceeding, where, the mother of the child has to prove that the care of his child is not satisfactory with grand mother due to death of his father. But the court also wants proof through evidence that how can she take-care of orphan-child having a step father/children. Now the court ordered the grand mother to bring the child after every 15 days to visit his mother in side the court for 2 hours. so all of us have to wait for up coming court proceedings and the drop seen of the story is still pending in future.
